Business Development Specialist:
The Candidate will report to our Director of Business Development and work in the Boston
office. Primary responsibilities are sales, marketing and to bring new clients to our

Accountant/Bookkeeper:
This part-time position provides an opportunity for a detailed oriented individual to work
with one of the firms founders learning to, and then assisting with: 1. Create a
lifestyle analysis, 2. Help determine the Matrimonial Standard of Living (MSOL) and 3.
Complete other analysis for clients.
- Data entry and reviewing data input for accuracy
- Preparing financial statements and the statement of net
worth
- Preparing monthly bank reconciliations
- Verify, allocate, and post journal entries
- Process invoices for payment
- Follow-up on outstanding account receivables
- Handle phone calls from vendors and reconcile any
discrepancies
- Maintain historical records by electronically filing
documents
- 60% bookkeeping/mid-level accounting
- 20% high-level accounting
- 10% administrative support
The position requires someone who is reliable, detail
oriented, professional, and works well in a small team environment with or without direct
supervision once trained.
Required Competencies/Skills:
- Knowledge of and experience with QuickBooks is required
- Proficiency with Excel, Word, Outlook, Office Professional
2007, and Business Contact Manager
- Accurate filing and maintenance of documents
- Ability to work under pressure and deadlines
- Organization and effective communication skills are
essential
- Must be reliable, trustworthy and dedicated
This is a part-time position of approximately 10-20 hours
per week, with a flexible schedule available (2-4 mornings and/or afternoons per week).
Compensation is commensurate with experience and qualifications. Potential for growth
within the company.
Internships
New England Divorce Solutions and McNamara Capital have used interns for over a decade
from colleges and Universities throughout New England. Our internship program allows
qualified candidates to learn important aspects of running a business and provides
candidates with the opportunity to learn how to run a business first hand.
- Administrative Assistant/Office Manager
We are looking for an administrative assistant/office manager to play a key role
in the life of New England Divorce Solutions. The position requires willingness to work
hard, show initiative, take on responsibilities, be attentive to detail, and deal with a
busy and energetic office environment. Sense of humor, self-motivation and dedication a
must.The Administrative Assistant/Office Manager
will work closely with the Executive Director in a variety of duties that will be
challenging and confidential in nature. The candidate must possess the ability to work in
a fast-paced, constantly changing environment. The candidate will be required to work
independently, maintaining a balance of timeliness and priorities, and fulfill the
following primary responsibilities:
- general office management, office reception, taking care
of meeting logistics, managing mailing lists for events, oversight and/or execution of
bulk mailings, data entry, refine and maintain our filing system, taking notes at meeting
and preparing meeting summaries, and any and all clerical duties assigned.
Additional responsibilities to include:
- Assist in marketing, oversight and execution of a monthly
newsletter, assist in the supervision of interns.
Qualifications:
- Exceptional writing, communication skills
- Project management experience a plus
- An ability to meet deadlines and keep track of details
- Strong personal communication skills
- Knowledgeable in Office 2007 including Word, Excel,
PowerPoint, Outlook.
- Working knowledge of Windows Vista operating system
- Experience in coordinating travel arrangements helpful
- Commitment to exceeding customer expectations is
essential.
