Mediation
About the mediation process at New
England Divorce Solutions
Together, you and your spouse will meet with our
professional mediators. Sometimes, depending on the situation, your attorneys may also be
present. Our professional mediators will not make decisions for you, but will instead
facilitate negotiations between you and your spouse, educating you on your various options
and gently guiding you towards an equitable resolution.
Benefits of family mediation
Mediation allows you and your spouse to work through
complex issues together, with the help of a trained mediator. Within the safety of the
mediation environment, you will be able to retain control of important decisions, such as
child support and visitation that will have a long-term impact on you and your family. In
many cases, mediated agreements take less time and can be more cost effective. For these
reasons, and more, mediation is always worth a second look. Contact
us for more information about mediation.
Financial advice and mediation
services under one roof
As mediators, we cannot advise, judge, or dispense
financial information. However, at New England Divorce Solutions, our highly qualified financial professionals are at your immediate disposal to advise
you about your financial decisions, should the need arise.
