Tracey M. Manzi, is the founder of New England Divorce Solutions. She works exclusively with the firm’s divorcing clients and their legal representatives. Tracey also oversees the firm’s consulting and litigation support team. Before starting her practice, Tracey was a Vice President and senior member of the global investment policy committee at Standish Mellon Asset Management, an institutional money manager located in Boston. Prior to joining Standish, Tracey worked as a fixed income and currency trader at Payden & Rygel in Los Angeles.

Tracey holds the prestigious Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation and has earned the credentials of a Certified Divorce Financial Analyst (CDFA) and a Certified Forensic Financial Analyst (CFFA) with a specialization in matrimonial litigation. She is also trained in Collaborative Law. Tracey is currently pursuing the Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA) designation, which she hopes to accomplish by July 2009.

Timothy M. McNamara is the CEO and co-founder of New England Divorce Solutions. Tim is the initial point of contact for the firm’s clients. He is also in charge of business development, managing the practice and is the main spokesperson for the company. Prior to starting his own firm, Tim was a successful financial advisor at Morgan Stanley, UBS and Wachovia Securities.

Tim is a divorce and family mediator and is also trained in Collaborative Law. He holds the elite designation of the Certified Investment Management Analyst (CIMA) and has obtained the credentials of a Certified Divorce Financial Analyst (CDFA) and Certified Forensic Financial Analyst (CFFA) with a specialization in matrimonial litigation. Tim is also pursuing the Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA) designation, which he hopes to accomplish by July 2009.
