Timothy M. McNamara is a
Certified Divorce Financial Analyst and co-founder of New England Divorce Solutions. A
determined and charismatic individual, Timothy specializes in the financial issues that
couples and individuals face when their marriage ends. He holds the elite
designation of Certified Investment Management Analyst (CIMA), which is awarded to
individuals with the highest level of credibility, integrity, and knowledge in the
investment management consulting field. Timothy has experienced divorce personally and is
passionate about helping others understand and manage complicated financial issues
divorcing couples often face. Often considered visionary in his solution-oriented
approach, Timothy is also a trained divorce and family mediator and a volunteer mediator
in the State Court District Program and is the firm's Director of Mediation. Timothy
believes in focusing all his energy, commitment, and knowledge to educate and explore all
available financial options for his clients. "After going through my own divorce in
2001, I was able to feel, touch, and see the financial impacts it made on my life,"

Carol
Konvalinka-Connolly is a trained mediator with New England Divorce Solutions. She
understands the impact of divorce and is compassionate and empathetic; she coaches her
clients to take time to think about the decisions they're making and to develop a support
network during divorce. An educator in the public school system who also holds a Bachelor
of Arts in Psychology with a Peace Studies concentration, Carol studied peer mediation
with a small group of fellow teachers and students. She went on to participate in 40 hours
of basic mediation training, followed by advanced mediation training in divorce and family
issues. Carol brings her two professions caring for children, and helping
individuals find peaceful solutions to conflict together in her mediation work.
